PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably executing tracking-control without stopping a line in spite of occurrence of manual intervenient operation caused by impossibility of automatic gripping with a stretcher when abnormal deformation or the like occurs on semiprocessed goods. SOLUTION: A 1st sensor Ph1 is provided at the downstream end of a cooling table 6, and the 2nd and 3rd sensors Ph2, Ph3 are provided before and behind the stretcher 8. When passing of the semiprocessed goods is detected by the 1st sensor Ph1, passing of the semiprocessed goods is detected by the 2nd sensor Ph2 and the 3rd sensor Ph3, the data of that semiprocessed goods are moved to a storage table tracking table. After the passing of the semiprocessed goods is detected by the 1st sensor Ph1 and while the passing of the semiprocessed goods is not detected by the 3rd sensor Ph3, even when the passing of the semiprocessed goods is detected by the 2nd sensor Ph2, the tracking data are not moved to the next area.
