PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the roughness of a finished surface, in a screw fastening type throw-away cutter, by improving low accuracy against the swing of its blade. SOLUTION: This throw-away tip is constituted of the majority of coarse blade tips 5 and the minority of finish blade tips 6, wherein the coarse tips 5 are fitted by a screwing fastening system, and the finish blade tips 6 are fitted by a wedge system involving a cutting blade position adjusting means. The offset between the front side cutting blade positions of the coarse blade tip and the finish blade tip is set to 0.03 to 0.13 mm.
