PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cleaning control system and a soil cleaning control method capable of precisely and continuously grasping cleansing situation at the time of sucking and cleaning a gas in the soil contaminated with a volatile material. SOLUTION: Plural sampling pipes 1-1 is buried in the peripheral part of a suction well provided in the soil and are connected to an integration pipe 3 with an individual pipe line 2-1. A suction device 4 for sampling the gas in the soil is connected to the integration pipe line 3 and the gas sucked through the sampling pipe 1-1 is passed through a gas treating device 5 and introduced into an analyzer 6. A gas supply device 9 for charging a gas and an air dryer for drying the charged gas are connected to the integration pipe 3 and after being analyzed, the gas in the sampling pipe or the analyzer is replaced by the dry air.
