PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone connecting tool in which simultaneous insertion of a lag screw and a sleeve is possible and facilitating manual skill. SOLUTION: A lag screw 2 has a front-end screw portion 5 in the forward portion of a shaft 4, and a sleeve 3 has a screw portion 6 in the rear end. The lag screw 2 is a hollow tube and a head 7 for preventing coming off is provided projectingly in the rear end of the shaft 4. The shaft 4 is passed slidably into the stepped hollow forward portion of the sleeve 3 and the head 7 for coming-off prevention is stored in the rear. The head 7 is provided projectinly with a hexagonal tightening hole 19 at the end. A pair of parallel flat faces is formed on the exterior of the shaft 4 and the sleeve 3 is also formed so as to be in contact with them. Therefore, when the lag screw 2 is screwed into, the sleeve 3 is also mounted simultaneously.
