PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coverlet cover having a neck cloth, which can easily be attached to a coverlet. SOLUTION: This coverlet cover is divided into a neck section and a main body part 14. Then, on the neck section 12, a main body connecting part 12a which is connected to the main body part 14, a first open fastener 16 which is attached to the connecting part 12a and closes the connecting part 12a, a neck section opening 12b which is provided on an edge crossing the connecting part 12a, and a first fastener 30 which closes the neck section opening 12b, are provided. On the main body part 14, a neck section connecting part 14a which is connected to the neck section 12, a second open fastener 32 which is attached to the neck section connecting part 14a and closes the connecting part 14a, a main body part opening 14b which is provided on an edge crossing the connecting part 14a, and a second fastener 46 which is attached to the main body part opening 14b and closes the opening 14b, are provided. The elements 20, 22, 36 and 38 of the first open fastener 16 and the second open faster 32 have the same shapes.
