PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation bandage that is simple in structure and can fix firmly the right and left high joints individually, or both of them simultaneously, or fix the femur head or the like without causing an upward or downward slide. SOLUTION: An upper half fixation bandage 2 tightening by a required tension in a ring-shape by the engagement of tips, and a lower half fixation bandage 3 similarly tightening by a required tension in a ring-shape by the engagement of tips overlap each other inward or outward by a required width, the centers of the overlapping portions are connected vertically by a fixing means such as sewing or the like, a core metal 6 is inserted vertically into the centers of the upper half fixation bandage 2 and the lower half fixation bandage 3. On the right side or the left side of the external face of the center of the lower half fixation bandage 3 or both side thereof, two or more including auxiliary tension bands 12 and 14 extending horizontally with the base end sewn between a halfway point between the centers and the right edges or the left edges and auxiliary tension bands 12 and 14 extending horizontally with the base end sewn near the center are arranged up and down, and a required tightening force is provided additionally by engaging by an engaging fastener 13 provided in the inside of the tips.
