PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a stick as a chair by developing the stick when required by forming the upper half section of the stick of a plurality of handle supporting rods which are foldable/developable by stretching a seating fabric, and at the same time, forming the lower half section of the stick of a plurality of leg supporting rods which are foldable/developable in the same manner. SOLUTION: The upper half section of this stick is formed of a plurality of handle supporting rods 2 and 4, and a seating fabric 5 is stretched between a plurality of handles 1 and 3 at the upper end sections of the handle supporting rods 2 and 4. At the same time, respective lower end sections are axially supported by a main shaft fitting 7 through a supporting fitting 6 as well. In the meantime, the lower half section of the stick is formed of a plurality of leg supporting rods 10, and the upper end sections of the leg supporting rods 10 are supported by respective leg moving fittings 8 and 9 which are screwed with the main shaft fitting 7. At the same time, spaces between the lower end sections of the leg supporting rods 10 are supported by a stretchable supporting rod 12 through another leg supporting rod 11. Then, when required, the seating fabric 5 is expanded by developing respective handle supporting rods 2 and 4. At the same time, respective leg supporting rods 10 are developed, and a stretchable round bar 14 is fixed by a fixing screw 13. Thus, the stick is used as a chair.
