PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily realize communication among mutual devices. SOLUTION: Each power receptacle on an indoor wiring for feeding is provided with a communication wiring terminal, devices A1-An are provided with a terminal 2 connected to a communication line CL, and a specific address is set to each terminal 2. The communication line CL consists of a timing clock supply line TL, a specific address communication line AL, a local area network(LAN) line LL and the devices A1-AN are connected to the power receptacles connected to the communication line CL. The specific address of the terminals connected to the communication line CL is transmitted to the specific address communication line AL and the communication with the terminal device 2 is controlled through the LAN line LL. When the specific address sent from a communication controller 1 does not include the specific address of a concerned terminal 2, the terminal 2 transmits its own address to the specific address communication line AL for a prescribed address registration period.
