PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device for use of a mobile phone that can issue an alarm and inform both a user of the mobile phone and a supervisor of the alarm and can surely detect the use of the mobile phone with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A detection slave set 1 detects the use of a mobile phone and raises an alarm for notice, and a detection master set 2 or the detection slave set 1 detects the use of the mobile phone and the detection master set 2 raises an alarm for notice, then not only a user of the mobile phone bus also a supervisor can recognize the use of the mobile phone so as to allow the supervisor as well as the user of the mobile phone to sense the effect of a radio wave of the mobile phone within a supervisory area 100 in advance thereby preventing occurrence of various faults. Furthermore, inhibited use of the mobile phone is thoroughly known even to other particles placed apart from the user of the mobile phone so as to call attention to them.
