The invention relates to a sailing boat comprising an underwater ship provided with a keel and at least one rudder, wherein the keel, viewed in the boat's direction of sailing, is located at the front, and behind the keel, just passed midship, the boat is at both sides provided with a bilge rudder. Preferably each bilge rudder is articulated, having a first fixed portion and a second portion, pivotingly coupled with the first portion. The first portion is then, for example, embodied as skeg, and the second portion forms a rudder blade. |
