Restriction of a message service is carried out in a communication network, wherein at least a sender (12, 13, 14) and a recipient (12, 13, 14) can be identified by a respective address (A12, A13, A14) and wherein a record (28) is kept containing information about certain addresses with which a message communication is not allowed; a request for a message communication is analyzed (S31, S27, S32) on the basis of the information in the record to determine such is allowed; and the transmission of a message is prevented (S29) if the message is related to an address which is not allowed according to the analyzing step. |
