<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation system which can grasp the process states of respective department systems. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a means which obtains information sent from respective department systems by the reservation system and registers processed-state information in the reservation information when the respective department systems performs their characteristic processings for reserved registered patients such as consultation reservation and examination reservation and a means which outputs the information to an output device such as the display device of the reservation system so that the processed state can be confirmed. Consequently, information can be provided for visiting patients with less system resources and costs. Further, the burden on the hospital staff can be reduced.</p> |
