PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dependence on power supply voltage and also to make its temperature dependence small. SOLUTION: This circuit consists of a 1st switching element 16, which is provided between a 1st current mirror circuit 20 and an output terminal 30, inputs a 1st control signal and outputs current from the circuit 20 to the output terminal and a 2nd switching element 17 which is provided between a 2nd current mirror circuit 21 and the terminal 30, inputs a 2nd control signal and flows current from the terminal 30 to the circuit 21, and controls a voltage control circuit, on the basis of the 1st and 2nd control signals. In such a case, the constant-current source of the circuits 20 and 21 includes a differential amplifier, a reference voltage source 18 provided at the gate of one transistor of the differential amplifier and having a negative temperature coefficient and a resistance R3, composed of a polysilicon provided at the gate of the other transistor of the differential amplifier and having negative temperature coefficient. |
