PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attaching/detaching of a cover by peripherally providing an elastic wire to hold the open state on the other end opening edge section of the cylindrical cover main body made of a water-impervious sheet material, and at the same time, providing an urging member which urges in a manner to push away a space between one end opening and the other end opening of the cover main body. SOLUTION: At the rear end opening edge section of a cylindrical cover main body 1, a stretching belt 2 as a clamping member, a length adjusting string 3 and an adjusting belt 4 are peripherally provided. Also, at the front end opening edge section of the cover main body 1, an annular wire 5, which is an elastic wire, is peripherally provided. Then, an elastic frame 6 is provided as an urging member which urges in a manner to push away a space between openings, supported by the lower end section of the rear end opening and the upper end section of the front end opening. By this constitution, when a cover for a cleaning is attached, a framework becomes unnecessary. As a result, the attaching/detaching of the cover for the cleaning is facilitated. At the same time, the cover does not become bulky at the time of a carrying, and becomes lightweight. |
