PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching device allowing a large number of branches of electric wires to be put in a small space, allowing intermediate splice absorption, and allowing miniaturization and reduction of cost. SOLUTION: This branching device has an insulation bottom plate 7, plural branch connection insulation plates 8 stacked on the insulation bottom plate 7 allowing parallel penetration of respective electric wires 4, and a branch connector part 11 including an insulation housing 9 in cooperation with the insulation bottom plate 7 to hold the respective branch connection insulation plates 8, and plural penetration connection conductors 10 supported by the insulation housing 9. One end side of the penetration connection conductor 10 is inserted through the branch connection insulation plates 8 and is electrically connected with a required electric wire 4 for branch connection, while the other end side is exposed to the outside as a connector male terminal part 10a.
