PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly and efficiently heat parts to be heated with one pair of heater parts by forming in an arc the one pair of heater parts in a state bent toward the parts to be heated. SOLUTION: In this heating device for manufacture of a cathode-ray tube used when heating a neck part 4 of a funnel constituting the cathode-ray tube, by adopting a constitution provided with one pair of heater parts 10 arranged in a mutually opposed state outside the neck part 4 and formed in an arc in a state bent toward the neck parts 4, heat rays radiated from each heater parts 10 are made to act widely and evenly to the neck part 4.
