PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce periodic, nonperiodic noise generated from the periphery of a fixing device. SOLUTION: An inner ring 5c of a rolling bearing is provided with a heat insulating sleeve to rotatably support a fixing roller at both ends. The heat insulating sleeve is formed of a resin molding with a slit parting at a part in a circumferential direction, and press-fitted into the inner ring 5a of the rolling bearing.
