摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the temperature of hot water in a hot water storage tank and to boil the hot water at a substantially constant time regardless of the seasons while saving energy. SOLUTION: A heat pump heat collector 21 comprises a closed circuit of a compressor 22, a condenser 23 and an evaporator 25 coupled sequentially in series and filled with refrigerant. A solar heat collector 34 is coupled in parallel with the evaporator 25 and switching means 37, 38 for coupling the compressor 22 and the condenser 23 with anyone of the evaporator 25 or the solar heat collector 34 are provided. Heat is exchanged between refrigerant in the condenser 23 and hot water in a hot water storage tank 11. An outer air temperature detecting means 44 detects the temperature of outer air. In a standard operation mode where solar heat collecting operation is combined with heat pump heat collecting operation, r.p.m. of the compressor 22 under heat pump heat collecting operation is decreased as the outer air temperature increase based on the outer air temperature detected by the outer air temperature detecting means 44.</p>
