PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten development period of linear SASIC. SOLUTION: An FM/FE block 23 and an FM/IF block 24 are arranged diagonally on a rectangular region 22 of a semiconductor chip 20, and a master slice region 25 is arranged between the blocks 23 and 24. Since an element which is non-selected exists on the region 25, the impedance between both block regions 23 and 24 can be set higher. Accordingly, the block regions 23 and 24 are separated from each other in a distance manner as well as the impedance being higher, mutual intervention between the regions 23 and 24 can be prevented.
