PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify sheet exchange work that is required in an outer lead bonding apparatus. SOLUTION: A sheet 5 is structured for loading and unloading within a cabinet 9, and the cabinet itself 9 is guided with a rail 10 for the loading and unloading between a pressure head 4a of the apparatus body 6 and a receiving member 1. As a result, since the, sheet 5 is loaded to or unloaded from the apparatus body 6 like a cassette, the exchange work of the sheet by a worker can be simplified and the running rate of the apparatus can also be improved.
