PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours and prevent generation of geometric deviation of an output pulley. SOLUTION: This actuator 1 is provided with cases 2, 3, a motor 5, a reduction mechanism 6 meshed with the motor 5, an electromagnetic clutch connected at a last stage of the reduction mechanism 6, an output pulley 8 connected at an output stage of the electromagnetic clutch to pull a throttle cable 60, a return spring 9 to energize the output pulley 8 to a return side, and a damper 10 secured to the cases 2, 3 by a screw and collided by the output pulley 8 at a stroke end. The output pulley 8 is integrally formed with a return spring guide 8el for preventing the return spring 9 from being removed, and the return spring 9 is thereby made resistant against removing thereof by the return spring guide 8el integrally formed on the output pulley 8. Man-hour in this case is thereby fewer than that in a case where a spring pressing member molded separately from the output pulley 8 is fitted to the output pulley 8.
