PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate sense of oppression on persons in evacuation, by arranging in juxtaposition a mobile fire door having no smoke insulation performance and a mobile smoke prevention door having no fire-preventive performance. SOLUTION: A sheet shutter 5 having no fire-preventive performance but smoke insulation performance is set at an entrance (a) where a fire-smoke preventive division for a building is formed, in front of an elevator door 1, at a setting interval (b) of about several centimeters to 100 cm. Under normal conditions, the sheet shutter 5 is housed in a ceiling or in a sheet shutter housing portion. When a fire breaks out, the shutter drops from an upper lintel according to guide of a guide rail arranged on right and left wall surfaces, in response to a fire signal from a smoke perceiver, etc., whereby an opening portion of the entrance (a) in front of the elevator door 1 is totally closed. Thus, unlike a conventional case, since an iron shutter does not drop at a central portion of a passage in front of the elevator, persons in evacuation are protected from being psychologically oppressed.
