PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely make tightness between a water drip fitting and parapet, and prevent the scattering and leakage of a sheet by fixing a flat plate part and the water drip member by interposing a foaming seal body between a substrate and them, and fixing the water drip member and a waterproof sheet. SOLUTION: A water drip member 6 such as a steel plate and an aluminum plate and polyethylene or the like are laminated and integrated, and comprise a flat plate part 6a fixed on the top of a parapet and a water drip piece 6b along the outside wall 1c of the parapet. A curved part 6c exists on the edge of the water drip piece 6b, water or the like is difficult to enter, a turnup part is provided on the end of the flat plate part 6a, and a foaming seal body 5 is interposed. Thus, the end of the flat plate part 6a is lifted at the time when it is fixed on a substrate, and the damage of a waterproof sheet 4 is prevented. Furthermore, the production of an inclination can be matched to the height of the foaming seal body 5 by the turnup part. Thereby wind and rainwater are prevented from easily leaking by producing lift on the side of the water drip piece 6b, and the effect for enhancing the bending rigidity of the water drip member 6 itself can be displayed.
