PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition which has excellent impact resistance and transparence by compounding a specific amount (pts.wt.) of a nucleating agent and a specific amount (pts.wt.) of a low density polyethylene or a linear low density polyethylene with a polypropylene-ethylene block copolymer. SOLUTION: 0.1 to 0.6 pt.wt. of a nucleating agent and 20 to 100 pts.wt. of a low density polyethylene or a linear low density polyethylene are compounded with 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene-ethylene block copolymer. Further 0.001 to 0.1 pt.wt. of a peroxide such as 1,3-bis(t-butylperoxyisopropyl) benzene or the like is preferably compounded with the obtained polypropylene resin composition. The block copolymer to be used preferably has MFR of 0.5 to 100 g/10 min, an ethylene content of 3 to 15 wt.%, a random copolymer content of 6 to 30 wt.% and a density of 0.895 to 0.910 g/cm3.
