<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sticking and fixing an optical part by which the optical part is stuck and fixed and by which eccentricity is adjusted at high speed and high precision. SOLUTION: In this sticking and fixing method, a sticking part 102 which is positioned on the outside of the position adjusting range 103 of the outer peripheral part of an optical part 3 and an adhesive coating part 100 which is connected to the sticking part 102 and moreover protrudes to the outside of the sticking part are provided in the object 9 which is to be fixed and to which the optical part 3 is fixed. An adhesive is delivered to the adhesive coating part 100 after adjusting the position of the optical part 3, whereby the optical part 3 is stuck and fixed to the object 9 to be fixed.</p> |
