PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor and reduce cost in the work for constructing an underground beam having an opening part. SOLUTION: A first PC plate 10 in which a platelike main body 11 and a well cylindrical protruding part 12 protruding from one side face thereof are integrally formed by concrete and a second PC plate having an opened window part 22 are erected in parallel with each other on a concrete foundation 1 in such a way that a tip of cylindrical protruding part 12 abuts on a wall face on an outer peripheral side of the window part 22. An opening reinforcing bar 17 is attached to outer periphery of the cylindrical protruding part 12 of the first PC plate 10 in advance. Concrete to the placed later is placed into a space S between both PC plates 10 and 20.
