PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use evaluation information on a partner that a 3rd person provides in addition to information that the partner inputs to select the partner. SOLUTION: When a user retrieves mediation information, objective evaluation information stored in an objective evaluation information managing means 4 and subjective evaluations stored in subjective evaluation DBs of user clients 2 of respective users are presented together with a retrieval result. Further, the user clients that the respective users use hold information contribution degrees and are able to refer to subjective evaluation information of other users when the values are plus. When the values of the information contribution degrees are 0, the information that other users evaluated can not be referred to. When the subjective evaluation information is provided, the value of the information contribution degree is made large. When the subjective evaluation information is provided by another user, the value of the information contribution degree is made small on condition that a contract is made. |
