<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by ensuring purge capacity especially at a time of low pressure even if a silencer gets into a state clogged with an adsorbent powder. SOLUTION: For example, in an apparatus wherein moist compressed air is adsorbed and dehumidified in a B-cylinder 4 and an adsorbent is regenerated in an A-cylinder 3 and drying and regeneration are alternately changed over between both A- and B-cylinders to continuously supply dried air, a purge air guide passage 34 for guiding purge air to the outside is formed and a changeover valve 27 and a silencer 28 are arranged in the purge air guide passage 34 and a relief valve mechanism 40 closed by the high pressure air from the B-cylinder becoming a continuity state just after the changeover valve is opened and opened by the low pressure purge air guided from the B-cylinder is disposed between the silencer and the changeover valve.</p> |
