PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving buoyancy weight flap valve usually opened by a small flow rate, and promptly opened when the water level of a discharge side is increased. SOLUTION: This flap valve comprises; a valve box 14 disposed with connecting to a gutter pipe 11; a flap valve body 16 opening/closing a discharging port 15 of the valve box 14; a holder portion 18 supporting the flap valve body 16 around the axis center of a horizontal supporting shaft 17 so as to rock; a weight arm 19 rocking with the flap valve body 16 and having a guide groove 20 which becomes a descent slope when the flap body 16 opens; and a moving buoyancy weight 21 approaching/separating to/from the flap valve body 16 along the guide groove 20 of the weight arm 19.
