PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a small flow, a large flow, and multi-stage different flows by providing a plurality of stoppers arranged on a valve steam and moving the valve stem in the valve opening direction together with a plurality of different-flow piston bodies when the different-flow piston bodies are moved in the valve opening direction. SOLUTION: A valve stem 20 closes a fluid passage 12 via the force of a compression spring 17. For a small flow, the pilot pressure is applied to a small- flow pilot pressure connection port 31, then the pilot pressure is introduced into a small-flow pilot pressure chamber 28, and a small-flow piston body 23S lifts the valve stem 20 together via a stopper ring 25. For a large flow, the pilot pressure to the small-flow pilot pressure connection port 31 is discharged, and the pilot pressure is supplied to a large-flow pilot pressure connection part. The pilot pressure is introduced into a large-flow pilot pressure chamber 29, and a large-flow piston body 23L lifts the valve stem 20 together via a stopper ring 24.
