PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a parking brake mechanism into a duo two leading type small-diameter brake while simplifying structure and reducing cost. SOLUTION: A link mechanism is composed of a pivot lever 40 pivotally supported in a rotatable manner to an intermediate part of one brake shoe 10, and a pair of struts 60, 70 disposed almost parallel between the other brake shoe 11 and one side and the other side of the pivot lever 40. A parking brake actuator 50 for expanding a pair of brake shoes 10, 11 in cooperation with the link mechanism is disposed on the path of the link mechanism. A service brake actuator is equipped with a shoe clearance automatic adjusting device, and one of the struts 60, 70 is provided with a parking stroke automatic adjusting device.
