PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the irregularity of the face pressure of a seal face when a seal is fitted by providing extension sections having screw insertion holes for fixing the seal in both directions from the diagonal positions of a seal body with a thickness larger than the depth of a seal fitting groove and coupled with the seal fitting groove. SOLUTION: Extension sections 1b, 1b' integrally extended from the diagonal positions of a seal body 1a with a thickness H larger than the depth D of a seal fitting groove 6 on a manifold A side and having screw insertion holes 7a, 7b are formed to be flush with the seal body 1a, and their thickness is set to (h) corresponding to the difference between the thickness H of the seal body 1a and the depth D of the seal fitting groove 6. When both faying faces (a), (b) of the manifold A and an intake/exhaust block B are abutted together and fitting screws 8a, 8b are inserted into the screw insertion holes 7a, 7b in sequence for screwing, the faying face (b) is flatly brought into face contact with a seal 1 in the screwed state even by only the fitting 8a, and the irregularity of the face pressure on the end sections X, X' of the seal body 1a can be improved.
