PULP BEAD AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily mass-produce a thick formed body regenerated by dissolving waste-paper. SOLUTION: A pulp soln. 3 obtained by dissolving the waste-paper is continuously extruded to form the formed body 8 having a small diameter and a bar- shape and the formed body is dried and cut in a prescribed length. In particular, the pulp soln. 3 is extruded in a forming cylinder 7 provided with fine pores having a prescribed diameter and also dehydrated from the fine pores at the peripheral surface of the forming cylinder 7 to inexpensively mass-produce a small leaf pulp bead 1.
