Flexible duct and its method of fabrication

A flexible and nonporous duct which includes a resilient helical coil captured between inner and outer tubes formed of a perfluoroplastic material. The tubes are thermally laminated or heat sealed together at locations other than those occupied by the helical coil by means of a melt bondable adhesive interposed between the helical coil and one of the tubes.
