PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LTCC (low temperature co-fired ceramic circuit) with no distortion by adding boron to suppress contraction of metalization composition to minimum. SOLUTION: A process where a conductive composition is applied on at least one layer of green ceramic tape, and a process where an assembly is sintered to form a circuit with no distortion, are provided. The conductive composition comprises (a) conductive powder selected among Ag, Pd, Pt, and their mixture, and (b) boron by 0.5-1.5 wt.% of the entire composition, with (a) and (b) dispersed in an organic medium. |
