PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate unsealing operation by providing means for coupling a liquid container and a cap with a plurality of protrusions formed oppositely to the supply opening of the liquid container in the diametral direction, and a plurality of holes to be fitted with the protrusions made in the cap thereby reducing the unsealing force of the cap. SOLUTION: The liquid holder comprises a cap 1, a container 10 for containing liquid, e.g. ink, and means for coupling the cap 1 and the liquid container 10 wherein the cap 1 covers the supply opening 13 of the liquid container 10. The coupling means comprises a plurality of protrusions, i.e., caulking ribs 15, 16, formed oppositely to the supply opening 13 of the liquid container 10 in the diametral direction, and a plurality of holes 5, 6 to be fitted with the caulking ribs 15, 16 made in the cap 1. The liquid holder further comprises a handle 3 constituting a lever-like operating part for uncoupling the coupling means by turning the cap 1. |
