PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent composition exhibiting remarkable washing effect on oily stain, having good viscosity at a temperature in a wide range and free from film formation. SOLUTION: This liquid detergent composition comprises (A) a nonionic surfactant having 10-16C hydrophobic group and an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide of 2-11, (B) an unsaturated carboxylic acid-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer and (C) a polyol compound.
