PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in wire connection and drawing of a cable out of the rear face of an electrical apparatus, and to make the apparatus small-sized. SOLUTION: In this wall-hanging apparatus, a cable 12 is drawn into the apparatus from a wall, ceiling or floor trough the rear face of the apparatus and is connected to a connection terminal inside the apparatus from the front. A substantially board-like terminal unit 22 is formed, such that the terminal unit 22 includes wiring connected to an electronic circuit of the apparatus from the connection terminal. The apparatus is provided with the terminal unit 22, such that the terminal unit 22 is openable in a fan state. When opening the terminal unit 22 forward, the opening communicates with a space, through which the cable 12 in the rear face of the apparatus passes.
