A capacitive circuit, which is incorporated in an integrated circuit, includes a high-pass type non-inverting amplifier which receives an input signal and a differential amplifier which receives the input signal and an output signal of the non-inverting amplifier. A differential component between the bath signals is detected by the differential amplifier and fed-back to the input signal, whereby an input impedance shows a capacitive characteristic because the input signal is phase-shifted by 90 degrees. |
