PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition of a polyurethane foam which has an excellent preparation stability and low contents of gas-generating component and bleed-out component, and a preparation process thereof. SOLUTION: A curable composition of a polyurethane foam having low contents of gas-generating component and bleed-out component is prepared using a combination of a reactive amine catalyst (A) having within a molecule at least one hydroxy group or mercapto group which is reactive against polyfunctional isocyanates or an amine catalyst (B) which has an acid dissociation constant pKa of 9 or larger and allows strong gelation or a mixture of these, and a mixture comprising (C) at least one organic metal salt catalyst chosen from the group consisting of (1) a potassium salt or sodium salt of an octylic acid, (2) a naphthenate or octylate of iron (III), nickel or copper having a melting point or softening point of 150 deg.C or higher, (3) an acetylacetonate metal salt of iron (III), nickel or copper and (4) an alkoxy titanium ester compound having a Ti-O-C bond. |
