PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the machining cost and to facilitate thinning and miniaturizing by forming a barrier rib with a cup-shaped barrier rib member having a disk section connecting a central tubular section slid with an operation system and a peripheral edge tubular section fitted and fixed to a cylinder inner peripheral wall. SOLUTION: Pressure chambers 30, 31 corresponding to pistons 24, 25 are partitioned in a cylinder 20. A cup-shaped barrier rib member 40 is provided with a central tubular section 41 slid with a valve system 23, a peripheral edge tubular section 42 fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral wall of a cylinder 20, and a disk section 43 connecting the central tubular section 41 and peripheral edge tubular section 42. The peripheral edge tubular section 42 is pinched between the step section 21b of a lower cylinder 21 and the lower end section of an upper cylinder 22 and is fixed to the cylinder 20 not to be moved in the axial direction. The cup-shaped barrier rib member 40 can be formed by press-machining (draw-machining) a metal sheet or by cut-machining a metal material.
