<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm oil leakage from a crack caused by metal fatigue, and to provide measures before a periphery is dirtied and damaged by providing the coating of a transparent insulating material onto the outer-peripheral surface of a flexible metal pipe. SOLUTION: In an insulating oil supply pipe 1, the outer periphery of a lead pipe 3 is covered with a transparent vinyl covering layer 5. The lead pipe 3 is inserted into a transparent vinyl hose with nearly the same internal diameter as the external one of the lead pipe 3 from one side for manufacturing. The manufacturing method is not the only one. For example, a transparent vinyl material is extruded around the lead pipe by an extruder for manufacturing. A connector is mounted to the end of the oil supply pipe being obtained in this manner for connecting to the connector part of an OF cable connection box or the like, and one end is connected to a pressure oil tank (PT) for using for vacuum oiling work. Also, the connector part is connected to an evacuation device.</p> |
