PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CFCs regenerator which has solved the problem that it takes much time to refine collected CFCs owing to reduced rate of vaporization of the collected CFCs because the heat of vaporization makes a collected CFCs cylinder cool when the collected CFCs in a gas phase is brought into the CFCs regenerator from the collected CFCs cylinder. SOLUTION: This CFCs regenerator A is such one as to be provided with a water bath 20 for warming a CFCs cylinder 2 packed with collected CFCs 1 and warm the cylinder 2 using the water bath 20 to prevent the cylinder 2 from cooling due to the heat of vaporization.
