<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop lower film from being peeled and to surely prevent toner from being leaked from a rubbing part between the lower film and a developing roller by forming a lower end developer leakage preventing member of a resin sheet whose stiffness is higher than that of rubber. SOLUTION: The lower film 114 functioning as the lower end developer leakage preventing member is attached. A PET sheet having higher stiffness to some extent in comparison with urethane film is used as the film 114. Therefore, in the case of increasing the pressure of a side seal and Teflon(R) felt 113 to a developing roller, the pressure between the film 114 held in between and the developing roller is also high. As a result, even when frictional force between the developing roller and the film 114 is made strong, the film 114 is surely prevented from being peeled from the lower end seal attaching area 101 of the film 114 by the stiffness of the PET sheet. Since the thickness of the PET seal is set to an appropriate value of >=0.10 mm and <=0.15 mm, both of peeling prevention and toner leakage prevention are surely executed.</p> |
