<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bright display by efficiently reflecting the light made incident to a reflection type liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal display device is provided with a 1st gate electrode 11, a gate insulating film 12 on the insulating substrate 10, a semiconductor film 13 arranged on the 1st gate electrode 11, and an interlayer insulating film 15, and is provided with a TFT(thin film transistor) having a 2nd gate electrode 17 connected with the 1st gate electrode 11 above a channel 13c and on the interlayer insulating film 15, and a reflection display electrode 20 made of a reflective material, connected with the source 13s of this TFT is extended over the TFT, and also a gap 37 between the adjoining reflection display electrodes 20 is arranged above a drain signal line 52.</p> |
