<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly fluid the fall and drop accident and abnormality on a track of a train by mounting TV cameras and monitoring sensors on properly determined monitoring points for monitoring a train track of a platform, and combinedly processing signals from these monitoring units. SOLUTION: TV cameras 5 for constantly monitoring an obstacle such as a passenger, a fallen matter and the like falling on a train track 4, and the abnormality are installed on monitering points for monitoring the train track 4 of a platform 1, and at least one kind of monitoring sensor 6 is installed. Signals from these TV cameras 5 and the monitoring sensor 6 are respectively input to an image signal processing means 8 and a sensor signal processing means 9 in a control room 2. An image from the TV cameras is projected onto a TV monitor 7, an image signal and a sensor signal are complexly analyzed and processed by an analyzing means 10 to detect the presence and absence, and the condition of the obstacle, and the abnormality on the train track 4, and a warning signal is generated on the basis of the result of the detection.</p> |
