PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing metal fitting having a compact shape and preventing rainwater from creeping to the rear face of an external wall plate. SOLUTION: The whole body of a fixing metal fitting is formed by applying a continuous folding processing of a rectangular metallic plate. First and second horizontal pieces 16 are vertically laminated in the fixing piece part where the load of the fixing upper external wall plate chiefly acts and further, a vertical planar part 14 is integrally formed at the tip of the first and second horizontal pieces 12, 16. The strength of the fixing piece part is improved and rainwater flowing in the vertical gap S2 formed between the assembled right and left external wall plates is dammed up by the planar part 14 and discharged to the surface of the external wall plates. In this way, rainwater is restrained from creeping to the rear face. |
