PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in moldability and surface appearances of molded articles. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition mainly comprises (A) 50-99.9 wt.% of at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate resin, thermoplastic polyester resin, polyamide resin and polyphenylene resin and (B) 50-0.1 wt.% of (meth)acrylate-based (co)polymer having >=50% percentage of syndiotactic structure and an intrinsic viscosity [η]of >=1.0 dL/g measured at 30 deg.C in methyl ethyl ketone as a solvent.
