<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operations required for producing and transmitting an electronic mail by reading out a mail address corresponding to the input contents and one of both titles to set them at the mail header after a personal mail address, i.e., a destination and the other title are inputted. SOLUTION: This device includes a mail address storage means (hard disk device) 16 which stores a personal address and its corresponding title and a setting means (CPU) 11 which retrieves the means 16 according to the input contents after a personal mail address, i.e., a destination and one of both titles are inputted in an electronic main production mode and the reads out a mail address that is corresponding to the input contents and the other title to set them at the mail header. In such a constitution, the CPU 11 primarily performs the control of operation for producing an electronic mail and the device 16 stores various types of application programs and various types of data which are handled by these programs.</p> |
