PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure easier stock management of resin tablets used for resin sealing by injecting diffused resin into cavities and also reduce the size of a resin-sealing apparatus. SOLUTION: A package sealed with sealing resin can be obtained by sequentially putting the basic resin tablets 5, 6 by stacking on a plunger 4A inside a pot 3A, fusing these tablets through the heat treatment, hardening the resin after injecting the fused resin into a cavity 11A with the plunger 4A, supplying a fused resin 13 to the cavity 11A and then forming a hard resin 12 to a pot 3A', a cull part 8A and a runner part 9A and thereafter isolating the sealing resin 13 and the hard resin 12. Volume of the base resin tablets 5, 6 is equal to the sum of volumes of the cull part 8A, one runner part 9A and cavity 11A. Even when the number of cavities 11A is different, it is sufficient to change the number of pieces of the kind of basic resin tablets 5, 6 to be put in. Therefore, stock management of resin tablets can be simplified, and simplification of transfer mechanism and reduction in size of the resin sealing apparatus can be realized.
